Download and install
Run the installer. It checks whether you have Microsoft Access installed — if not, it installs the free Access Runtime automatically (no Access license needed).
Enter your license key
First launch asks for your key. Paste it in once and you're done — it's tied to your email address, not to a specific computer.
Set up your company
The AI walks you through it: business name, industry, tax ID, fiscal year, bank accounts. Takes about ten minutes.
Secure checkout
Payment is processed by Stripe. Your card details never touch our servers. We store only the order record — name, email, and the fact that you paid.

About your order.
How long until I can use it?
Usually under an hour from order to first transaction. The license email arrives in about a minute; installation plus Access Runtime (if needed) runs about fifteen minutes; initial company setup with the AI takes roughly ten. The rest depends on how much starting data you want to load.
Do I need to own Microsoft Access?
No. The installer includes the free Access Runtime, which is all you need to run the application. If you already have Access 2007 or newer, the installer will use that instead — and you'll have the option to open the company file directly in Access for advanced customization.
What if I change my mind?
You have thirty days to request a full refund, no reason required. Email support with your order number. We process refunds within two business days.
Can I pay by invoice / purchase order?
For single-license orders, we ask you to pay by card so we can automate delivery. For multi-license orders and accountant-program purchases, invoice payment by ACH or check is available — email sales@accessoryaccounting.com.
Is this a recurring charge?
No. This is a one-time charge of $350. Nothing renews automatically. After your first year, you'll get an email inviting you to renew the AI updates for $99 — a one-time charge, not a subscription. You approve it, or you don't.
Will my card be charged in my currency?
Your card will be charged $350 USD. Your bank handles the conversion at their prevailing rate. Stripe supports cards issued in most countries.
