What counts as "normal" AI usage?

Ordinary daily conversations — recording transactions, asking questions, getting reports read aloud, requesting an accessory now and then. What's not normal: scripted API-style hammering, bulk document ingestion, or using the AI as a third-party platform for your own product. If that's what you need, get in touch and we'll quote.

Does the license cover multiple computers?

Yes. The $350 license covers one business entity, installed on as many devices as that business needs. If you have two businesses, you need two licenses (each with its own ledger).

What if I want the AI back after skipping a year?

Renew the AI service at $99 and it comes back on. There's no penalty or back-billing. Your ledger continued to track correctly while it was off.

Do you offer discounts?

There's a simple accountant referral program — CPAs who refer clients get recurring credit on their own AI renewals. Contact us for the details.

Is there a free trial?
